This product only works for ceramic tile (uncracked), glass, mirror, polished metal, stainless steel, and acrylic. Do not stick to a grout line. It will not work for painted/dry wall, wood, wallpaper, or any other rough/crack wall. If you encounter problems during installation, clean the suction cup, dry it with a hair dryer, and test it on a smooth glass surface. If it sticks, the wall might not be suitable for use; change the installation location.
